CHAPTER 923 Garbage and Rubbish

EDITOR'S NOTE: There are no sections in Chapter 923. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation. Rubbish collections are handled by the Municipality under the jurisdiction of the Service Department. Consult the Finance Director for the current ordinance awarding a contract for garbage collection by a private contractor.
