660.23 PARKING OF GARBAGE TRUCKS; CLEANING.

   (a)    No commercial rubbish hauler or packer operating within the City shall allow any vehicle or other equipment used for the hauling and compacting of trash, garbage, waste or refuse to be parked or maintained outdoors for any period exceeding four hours, and all such commercial haulers and packers shall at least once every twenty-four hours, steam clean, indoors, all equipment used to collect, haul, store and compact trash, garbage, waste or refuse.    (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
