660.20 IMPORTATION OF REFUSE.

(a) Council declares and determines that the dumping or burying of garbage or refuse brought into the Municipality from outside the Municipality is a nuisance and is inimical to the health and welfare of the inhabitants of the Municipality.

(b) No person shall bring, transport or convey garbage or refuse from outside the limits of the Municipality into the Municipality for the purpose of dumping or burying garbage or refuse within the Municipality.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
