CHAPTER 1043 Water and Sewer System Investment Fees

EDITOR'S NOTE: Council establishes water service improvement areas and sewer service improvement areas pursuant to Sections 1043.04 and 1043.05 of this chapter. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
