The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to allow for an equitable adjustment of the Water System Investment Fee as contained in Section 1043.03 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code for the Western Reserve Christian Church for its sanctuary at 516 West Streetsboro Street based upon a one-inch water line as opposed to a six inch water line.
