10.04.010: RESISTING OR OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER:
Any person who knowingly resists or obstructs the performance, by one known to the person to be a law enforcement officer, of any authorized act within the officer's capacity, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1999 Code)
10.04.020: GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS:
Any person who, with the intent to mislead a law enforcement officer as to his identity, knowingly gives a false name, age, date of birth or address to a law enforcement officer in the lawful discharge of his official duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1999 Code)
10.04.030: OBSTRUCTING SERVICE OF PROCESS:
Any person who knowingly resists or obstructs the authorized service or execution of any civil or criminal process or order of any court shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1999 Code)
10.04.040: REFUSING TO AID AN OFFICER:
Any person who refuses or knowingly fails, when commanded, to give reasonable aid to a person whom he knows to be a law enforcement officer in the process of apprehending a person, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1999 Code)
10.04.050: IMPERSONATING A PUBLIC OFFICER:
Any person who falsely represents himself to be a public officer, sheriff, deputy sheriff, justice of the peace, coroner or notary public, or other law enforcement officer of any character whatsoever, and in such assumed character arrests or detains or attempts or threatens to arrest or detain, or otherwise intimidates or searches the person, building or other property of any person, or obtains money, property or anything of value, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. 10.04.070: SEVERABILITY:
In the event that any provision of this title is deemed invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. (1999 Code)
