10.28.010: PUBLIC INDECENCY:
   A.   Acts Constituting Public Indecency: Any person who performs any of the following acts in a public place commits a public indecency:
      1.   An act of sexual intercourse; or
      2.   An act of deviate sexual conduct; or
      3.   A lewd exposure of the body, done with the intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of the person; or
      4.   A lewd fondling or caress of the body of another person; or
      5.   An exposure of the body for the purpose of urinating in any place other than a restroom facility.
   B.   Public Place Defined: "Public place", for the purpose of this section, means any place where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others.
   C.   Penalty: A person convicted of public indecency shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1999 Code)
10.28.020: PROSTITUTION:
   A.   Acts Constituting Prostitution: Any person who performs, solicits, offers or agrees to perform any of the following acts for money or other consideration commits an act of prostitution:
      1.   Any act of sexual intercourse; or
      2.   Any act of deviate sexual conduct.
   B.   Deviate Sexual Conduct Defined: "Deviate sexual conduct", for the purpose of this section, means:
      1.   Any act of sexual gratification involving the sex organs of one person and the mouth or anus of another.
      2.   Any lewd fondling or touching of either the female person or male person with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of any person.
   C.   Penalty: Any person involved in any act of prostitution shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1999 Code)
10.28.030: PROCURING SERVICES OF OTHERS PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person under a disability by reason of age to engage or utilize the services of any other person, whether for remuneration or not, to procure for such person under such disability any article or material that the said person is forbidden by law to purchase or have in his possession or control. Any person who commits any such act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1999 Code)
