§ 35.07 DUTIES OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND OFFICERS.
   Police officers of the town, both paid and volunteer, shall have power to perform those duties imposed upon a marshal of a Type A municipality by the Constitution and laws of the state or the ordinance of said town and such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Town Council of said town. The Chief of Police shall have the duties of the police officer and, in addition, shall be top supervisor and manager of the day-to-day operations set forth herein. The Chief of Police will perform such other duties as may be required by the Town Council.
