§ 35.11 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT.
   The town is an equal opportunity employer. It is the policy of this town that employment and/or appointment decisions concerning the Police Department personnel will be made without regard to race, color, creed, sex, disability, national origin or political or intimate association, or protected speech. The object is to obtain individuals qualified or educable for police work, with or without reasonable accommodations, by virtue of job related standards such as education, training, experience and personal character.
