LINCOLN DAYS CELEBRATION
(A) The Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee shall be responsible for setting guidelines regarding vendor control and booth set-ups except for all alcohol vendors (refer to the city alcohol policy on fairs, festivals and events for the guidelines). The Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee shall make those guidelines available to any persons interested in participating in the Lincoln Days Celebration.
(B) The Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee shall be responsible for setting the fees for booth rentals and making those fee scales available to any persons interested in participating in the Lincoln Days Celebration.
(C) Fees assessed under this subchapter by the Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee are assessed in lieu of any occupational fees or business licenses which might otherwise be due to the city.

(A) The area for which the Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee is delegated responsibility for vendor control and booth set-ups includes both sides of the following streets, roads and highways: High Street, from Greensburg Street corner to Walters Avenue to West Water Street to North Lincoln Boulevard to Highway 3204 (including all of Creekfront Park) to Civils Loop; East Water Street beginning at North Lincoln Boulevard to Greensburg Street, Greensburg Street to High Street, including all areas within these boundaries.
(B) The Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee is delegated the responsibility for vendor control and booth set-ups in the aforestated areas during the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) designated as the Lincoln Days Celebration each year.
