Any member of the Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee shall have the authority to investigate complaints of violation. If any member of the Lincoln Days, Inc. Committee finds that any of the provisions of this subchapter are being violated, he or she shall notify the booth operator of the violation. If the violation is not abated within the time prescribed by the notice, the city’s Police Department shall cause a citation to be issued through the District Court. Said citation shall, through the District Court system of the commonwealth, cause a hearing to be scheduled.
