§ 116.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation, who shall violate any provision of §§ 116.01 through 116.04 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine at the discretion of the District Court.

      (2)   Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been given, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
