§ 113.18 NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE; SEIZURE OF FIREWORKS HELD IN VIOLATION.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be given reasonable notice, which shall mean for the purpose of these regulations, eight hours from the time and date first notified to comply with the provisions of this chapter. If, after reasonable notice has been provided, compliance is still not achieved, the permit for the operation of the fireworks stand shall be revoked by the Chief of the Fire Department. The revocation of any fireworks stand permit shall not bar any other relief or penalties otherwise applicable.

   (B)   The city shall seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed at the expense of the owner all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale, stored, or held in violation of this chapter or the Fire Prevention Code, as amended.
