152.01 COMPENSATION OF ELECTED OFFICIALS.
(a) From and after January 1, 2002, the salary of each member of Council, except the President of Council, shall be eight thousand dollars ($8,000) per year.
(b) From and after January 1, 2002, the salary of the President of Council shall be nine thousand dollars ($9,000) per year.
(c) From and after January 1, 2004, the salary of the Mayor shall be twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000) per year.

(d) The continuing nature of the positions of member of Council, President of Council and Mayor, although demanding, continue to be part-time positions to which each official is required to devote that amount of time necessary to dispatch his duties in an efficient and competent manner. 152.02 COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.
(a) The compensation for the members of the Architectural Review Board shall be at the rate of one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per meeting attended up to a maximum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per month, effective January 1, 2016.

(b) The compensation for the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be at the rate of one hundred eighty dollars ($180.00) per month. The Chairman shall be compensated at the rate of two hundred twenty dollars ($220.00) per month.
(c) The compensation for the members of the Civil Service Commission shall be at the rate of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month.

(d) The compensation for the members of the Park and Recreation Commission shall be at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per meeting or Park and Recreation Commission sponsored activity attended up to a maximum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month.
(e) The compensation for the members of the Commission on Aging shall be at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month, in advance, payable on the first day of each month.
(f) The compensation for the members of the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals shall be at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per meeting attended. This payment shall not pertain to any meeting attended by a member pursuant to Section 1114.08.
