(a) The Village Water and Sewer Clerk is authorized to take the necessary steps to access a twenty five dollar ($25.00) fee when an account is placed on the turn-off list.
(b) The Village Water and Sewer Clerk is hereby authorized to accept only full payments for water/sewer accounts, unless written authorization is presented from the Village Administrator instructing her to do otherwise.
