§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Animal waste. Any person who violates the provisions of § 92.01 of this chapter shall pay a fine as follows:
      (1)   First offense: $25;
      (2)   Second offense: $50; and
      (3)   Subsequent offenses: $100.
   (C)   Dogs and cats.
      (1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 92.16, 92.17 or 92.20 through 92.23 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $20 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense or $100 for the third or subsequent offenses, provided that the city must allege and prove the dates and case numbers of the previous convictions. If the dog or cat was not wearing a current tag attached thereto, the person shall be fined in an amount double the fine set forth in this division (C)(1).
      (2)   Any owner violating any of the provisions of § 92.23 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $100.
      (3)   A violation of § 92.18 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not less than $100.
   (D)   Other animals. Any person who violates any provision of §§ 92.40 through 92.43 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5 and not more than $50, plus court costs. Each day shall constitute a separate violation of §§ 92.40 through 92.43 of this chapter.
