(A) Public property. No person who keeps, owns or harbors any animal referred to in this subchapter shall cause, permit or allow the same to be at large or run at large upon any street, alley or other public place within the city limits.
(B) Private property. No person who keeps, owns or harbors any animal referred to in this subchapter shall cause, permit or allow the same to be at large or run at large upon any private property or premises within the city limits.
