§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 50.01(A) shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 50.01(B) shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $500 for each offense and separate offense shall deem to be committed each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
   (C)   Persons convicted of violating § 50.02 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each and every day said condition exists.
   (D)   All violations or failures to observe any of the provisions of §§ 50.15 through 50.25, and 50.40 through 50.48 and all costs of leakage, waste, or unnecessary profusion in the use of water shall be reported by the Chief of Police or by the other city officials having knowledge thereof, to the Council, and any violation of aforesaid shall be deemed to be a misdemeanor and punishable as in the case of misdemeanors.

   (E)   Any taxpayer who fails to make a return or who makes a fraudulent return or who willfully violates any other provision of § 50.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $200 and, in addition, shall be liable in a civil action for the amount of tax due.
   (F)   Any violation of § 50.47 shall be punished as a misdemeanor under § 130.99(B).

   (G)   Violation of § 50.48 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $ 1.
