Whenever any water service is shut off for non-payment of the bill, there shall be a re-connection charge of $25 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except on city holidays or weekends. At all other times, the re-connection fee shall be the sum of $50. Water service shall not be resumed after shut off for non-payment of a bill until the re-connection charge of $25 is paid and a new security deposit of $50 is deposited with the city.
