§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   (A)   The amount of all fines for the violation of any ordinance of the city shall be not less than $75 and not more than $500 for each offense.
   (B)   These provisions shall not apply to any violation of any ordinance of the city for which the fine is currently or hereafter established at a greater amount.
