(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violations of §§ 130.01 through 130.04 and 1130.15 through 130.21, inclusive, shall be deemed to state a misdemeanor or misdemeanors which, if severally or jointly committed by any person or persons or corporation within the territorial jurisdiction of said city, shall subject the offender or offenders severally to a penalty, upon conviction, of not less than $3 nor more than $200 for each offense; provided, where more than one offense is stated in a section, the offended thereof shall be liable to only one penalty.

(C) Violation of § 130.22 hereof shall be deemed to be a misdemeanor and shall subject the offender to a penalty, upon conviction, of not less than $3 nor more than $200 for each such offense.
