§ 120.99 PENALTY.
   Any itinerant vendor or managing itinerant vendor who sells or exposes for sale at public auction or private sale any goods, wares or merchandise without state and local licenses issued as provided in Conn. Gen. Stat., §§ 21-28 and 21-29 shall be fined $50.
