§ 113.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall expose or offer for sale by competitive bidding or at public auction any used motor vehicles, merchandise, goods, or articles of personal property, within the limits of the town without having applied to and obtained from the chief of police a permit therefor as herein provided.

§ 113.02 FEE.
   The fee for a permit shall be $25 and shall expire within 60 days following the date of its issuance, unless sooner revoked, as herein provided.
