6.05.090 Expiration and renewal of permit.
   A permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for one year unless it becomes void pursuant to section 6.05.070 or is revoked pursuant to Section 6.05.140. If the permittee fails to file an application for a new permit pursuant to section 6.05.050 above prior to the permit anniversary date, the permit shall automatically become void.
