A permit obtained under this section is not transferable. If the permittee's address or the location where the animal is kept changes, or the animal is sold, assigned, donated, leased or otherwise transferred or disposed of, the permit automatically becomes void and a new application must be submitted to the Chief of Police pursuant to Section 6.05.050 above.
