2-1-1: ORGANIZATION; MEMBERS:
There shall be a Board of Adjustment consisting of the members of the Council and Mayor each of whom shall have an equal vote. The Board of Adjustment shall appoint a Building Inspector who shall serve at the pleasure of the Board. (Ord. 417, 11-8-1966)
2-1-2: DUTIES AND POWERS:
The Board shall adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to carry into effect the provisions of Title 11, Zoning, of this Code. Meetings shall be held at such times as may be necessary. The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon every question. Such Board shall hear and decide appeals from and review any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Building Inspector under the provisions of this Code. (Ord. 388, 6-20-1960)
2-1-3: VOTING:
The concurring vote of three (3) members of the Board shall be necessary to reverse any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Building Inspector or to effect any variance provided by this Code. (Ord. 388, 6-20-1960)
