ORDINANCE NO. 437

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REVISING, COMPILING AND CODIFYING OF THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GOODING AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF SUCH REVISION.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Gooding, Gooding County, Idaho:

Section 1: That all ordinances of a general nature now in force in the City of Gooding, Gooding County, Idaho, as revised, codified and compiled and hereinafter set forth, be, and they are hereby adopted, passed, published and declared to be the compiled ordinances of the City of Gooding, pursuant to Chapter 9 of Title 50 of the Idaho Code, empowering any city to revise, codify and compile its ordinances.

Section 2: That this Ordinance and all said Ordinances of a general nature compiled and codified as above stated, shall be in full force and effect upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance in one issue of the official newspaper of the City.

PASSED and APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1970.
