2-2-2: POWERS AND DUTIES:

The powers and duties of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-3-3, and such other duties as set out in the Village building, zoning and subdivision ordinances and/or as directed by the Village Board. (Ord., 4-22-1943; amd. 1989 Code; 2003 Code)
