2-1-1: AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH:
Certain boards and commissions are established by village ordinance. Such additional boards and commissions as are authorized by the Illinois municipal code 1 may be established by the village president with the approval of the village board of trustees. (Ord., 3-14-1949)
