Any person, organization or business violating this chapter shall be subject to a class A penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord., 6-9-1986; amd. 1989 Code)
Each and every violation, and each and every day or part thereof such violation or failure to comply continues following three (3) days after notification thereof is sent by registered mail, shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 9410, 12-12-1994)
