7-1-12: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere in any manner with any water main, service pipe, water meter, meter vault, buffalo or shutoff box or any pipe connection with the water system, or comprising a part of such system, or to cross connect to any other water system without permission therefor from the water commission .
