A. Established: The members of the village board of trustees shall, together with the village president, constitute the water commission.
B. Powers And Duties: The water commission shall have full power, supervision and control of the operation and government of the water system of the village. The water commission may hire such help as may from time to time be necessary for the proper and efficient operation of said water system, the keeping of the records and accounts, and shall fix the term of employment and salaries of the employees thereof and shall also furnish the stationery and supplies necessary to a proper and businesslike conduct of said water system.
