5-2-2: FIREARMS; FIREWORKS:

A. Discharge Of Firearms: No person shall fire or discharge any gun, pistol, fowling piece or other firearm within the limits of the village. (Ord., 4-13-1931)

B. Discharge Of Fireworks: No person shall fire, explode or set off any squib, crackers or other thing containing powder or other explosive substance except on land zoned PCC property district if the person has been so authorized by the owner thereof. (Ord. 68-6, 7-31-1968; amd. 1989 Code)

C. Penalty: Any person convicted of violating any one of the offenses set out in this section shall be subject to a class B penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1989 Code)
