5-2-1: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
All persons who shall breach the peace or any person who should aid or assist therein by any means, including:
   A.   The commission of any acts which do or tend to annoy, disturb, obstruct or offend others;
   B.   Loitering or being about without apparent reason or congregating or assembling with others and refusing to move on when so ordered by the police;
   C.   Carrying or having possession of any firearms, knives or other dangerous weapons;
   D.   Assaulting, challenging or otherwise interfering with any person or committing any trespass to the property of any person;
shall be deemed guilty of disorderly conduct and upon conviction of said charge shall be fined in accordance with a class C penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord., 4-13-1931; amd. 1989 Code)
