6-2-28: PENALTY FOR ILLEGAL PARKING:
   A.   Any person who shall violate, permit or allow anyone to violate section 6-2-8, 6-2-9, 6-2-10, 6-2-11 or 6-2-12 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with subsection 1-12-8A of this code.
   B.   Any person who shall violate, permit, or allow anyone to violate section 6-2-4, 6-2-5, 6-2-6, 6-2-7, 6-2-13, 6-2-16, or 6-2-31 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with subsection 1-12-8B of this code. (Ord. 01-2006, 7-18-2006)
