Angle parking shall be permitted only upon those streets that have been signed or marked or otherwise indicated for angle parking. No person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings and at an angle of sixty degrees (60°) with the flow of traffic.
