A. Parking Prohibited: No person shall park a motor vehicle on the following streets between the hours of four o'clock (4:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on Tuesday and Friday:
Bell Street from Merrill Avenue West to Clough Street.
Benham Street from Merrill Avenue West to the alley in the 200 block of West Benham.
Kendrick Avenue from Clement Street South through Valentine Street.
Merrill Avenue from Clement Street South through the 400 block of South Merrill Avenue.
Power Street from Merrill Avenue West to the alley in the 100 block of Power Street.
Towne Street from Merrill Avenue West to Kendrick Avenue
Valentine Street from Merrill Avenue West to Kendrick Avenue.
B. Penalty: Every person who is convicted of a violation of this section shall be fined in the sum provided in subsection 1-12-8B of this code. (Ord. 02-2003, 5-20-2003)
