A. Power To Appropriate: The city council may, by appropriate resolution, fix and designate certain parking spaces in the said city which are located on public property as reserved parking spaces. Such reservations shall be made according to regulations which may be currently in effect or fixed by the city council. The city council shall, furthermore, by appropriate resolution, fix an appropriate fee for the rental thereof.
B. Penalty: Any person parking illegally in such a reserved space shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished in accordance with section 1-12-8B of this code. (Ord. 02-2003, 5-20-2003)
