No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for longer than thirty (30) minutes at any time between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. of any day, except Sunday and public holidays, upon any of the streets or portions of the street which are so marked or posted by signs erected such as to give proper notice.
