PLAY VEHICLES

§ 73.01 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PLAY VEHICLES. A coaster, skateboard, roller skates, sled, toboggan, unicycle or toy vehicle upon which a person may ride.

§ 73.02 PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY.

   Where the riding of play vehicles on sidewalks is permitted, every person operating a play vehicle upon the sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall exercise due care when passing a pedestrian on the sidewalk.
