§ 73.51 ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE ROUTES.

   (A)   All village roadways subject to the jurisdiction of the village are designated as all-terrain vehicle routes and are open to use when signed in accordance with Wis. Stats. § 23.33 and Wis. Adm. Code § NR 64.12, except such roadways as are exempted by Village Board resolution, and which may be revised from time to time.

   (B)   The following roadways are exempted:

      (1)   Highway 64; and

      (2)   5th Avenue North.
