(A) Any person who violates any provision of this code of ordinances for which no other specific penalty has been provided shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $50, nor more than $500, plus costs and fees. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of this code of ordinances for which a state statute requires that the penalty for violation shall conform to the penalty provided by statute, shall be subject to the penalty provided under the applicable state statute.
