§ 70.01 STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, all applicable provisions of the state statutes are adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein, including but not limited to Wis. Stats. Chapters 340 to 349 describing and defining regulations with respect to vehicles and traffic for which the penalty is a forfeiture only, including penalties to be imposed and procedures for prosecution.
   (B)   Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutory regulations in Wis. Stats. Chapters 340 to 348 incorporated herein are intended to be part of this code in order to secure to the extent legally practicable uniform statewide regulation of vehicle traffic on the highways, streets and alleys of this state.

§ 70.02 CREATING AN UNREASONABLE NOISE IN THE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   In order to preserve the peace, quiet and safety of the people of the village, no person shall operate or drive a motor vehicle in such a manner as to make an unreasonably loud sound. An UNREASONABLY LOUD NOISE is a sound that can be clearly heard at a distance of 75 feet or more.
