(A) The Village Board has the specific powers, and duties pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 23.33, to regulate, control, prevent and enforce against in the village certain uses, activities and operations by persons that may affect all-terrain use and traffic in the village, and has the power to designate all-terrain routes and trails by Wis. Stats. § 23.33.
(B) The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all of the roads in the village within the jurisdiction of the Village Board. The provisions of this subchapter shall be enforced by the Village Police Department, the County Sheriff’s Department and such other officers may by authorized by law.
