EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter was previously titled Fire Department. Ordinance 2058, passed March 12, 1984 (codified as Sections 244.01 through 244.09), however, changed the name of the Department to the Fire Division. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Fire Department, therefore, shall be interpreted to mean the Fire Division.
This chapter, previously a codification of Ordinance 1308, passed March 24, 1958, and new matter, was re-enacted in its entirety by Ordinance 2058, passed March 12, 1984.
Resolution 2765, passed January 7, 2000, adopted a Code 4 Response Policy for the Fire Division. Copies of this resolution and of the Policy may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
