240.06 FIRE DIVISION.

There shall be a Fire Division within the Department of Public Safety as described in Chapter 244. The organization and administration of the Division shall be within the discretion of the Director of Public Safety, provided that such organization and administration are not in conflict with this chapter or Chapter 244.
