§ 74.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Fine for the violation of §§ 74.02 through 74.04 is a misdemeanor, $50, and possible revocation of permit.
   (C)   (1)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 74.16 and 74.17 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $50 for the first offense, and not more than $100 for the second or subsequent offense within a year.
      (2)   The owner of any snowmobile shall be guilty of violating § 74.16 if any person operates the owner’s snowmobile in violation of § 74.16 with the permission of said owner and, upon conviction, the owner shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50 for the first offense, and not more than $100 for any second or subsequent offense.
   (D)   Any person violating the provisions of § 74.31 shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $50 for each offense.
