§ 74.31 BICYCLE OPERATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No person shall ride any bicycle upon or along any public sidewalk of any street, nor upon the footpath of any bridge.
   (B)   No person shall ride any bicycle upon or along the roadway at a rate exceeding ten mph.
