Whenever there are interim monies in the Treasury of the City which will not be required to be used within the immediate future, i.e. 60 days, such monies may, in lieu of being deposited in a bank, be invested, by the Finance Director, in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter, Garfield Heights Codified Ordinances Section 125.02, and Ohio R.C. 135.01 through 135.22, and specifically but not limited to the requirements of ORC Section 135.14.
