535.03 NOISE DISTURBANCE EXEMPTIONS
   Section 535.02 shall not apply the following exemptions:
   (a)   City sponsored events.
   (b)   School sponsored events.
   (c)   Railroads and locomotives.
   (d)   Emergency situations.
